This page explains how to request deletion of your Tehseen AI account and what happens to your data afterward. Use it for Google Play account-deletion disclosures and support.

Steps to delete your account
From the email address linked to your Tehseen AI sign-in (for example, the same address you use for Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In), compose a new message to our support inbox.
Set the subject line to exactly: Account Deletion Request.
In the body, ask us to delete your Tehseen AI account. Including your display name or the email on the account helps us match your request to the right profile.
We will confirm receipt and process your request. Server-side data associated with your account is removed within 30 days unless we must retain a minimal subset for legal or accounting reasons (described below).
What happens to your data
When we delete your Tehseen AI account upon a verified request, we remove personal data tied to that account from our systems, including:
- Account & profile: email, display name, avatar, and authentication identifiers used with Tehseen AI apps.
- Tehseen AI — Quran app: bookmarks, notes, practice and progress data, and synced preferences stored under your account.
- Folio (journaling): if you used cloud sync, your synced journal entries and linked media stored for your account (including photos, videos, and voice memos uploaded for sync) are deleted from our services as part of account deletion.
Folio entries that exist only on your device are not on our servers; to remove them completely, also delete local data or uninstall the app from your device after your account is removed, as described in the app's settings.
Purchase history & legal retention
Purchase and subscription records (for example, transaction identifiers from Apple or Google) may be retained in a limited form for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, as required by applicable law. Such records are not used for marketing after account deletion.
In-app deletion
In the Quran app you can delete your account yourself, straight away: open app.tehseenai.com/settings and choose Delete account at the bottom. This cancels any subscription and removes your data immediately. The email request above works too; if you use both, we process a single deletion.
